Kathleen Eriksen is the President and Chief Executive Officer for the Downtown Tucson Partnership. Kathleen has over 20 years’ experience leading downtown organizations in Arizona, Michigan and California. Kathleen’s work with downtown development, building restoration and social change issues has garnered national attention and numerous awards including the Merit Award (Highest Honor) by the American Institute of Architects, the Building Award by the Michigan Historic Preservation Society and a feature segment on HGTV’s Restore America series. In addition to her position with the Downtown Tucson Partnership, Kathleen is the owner and founder of the Eriksen Development Company, a downtown development and consulting firm.
